Inspired by success stories such as the The Horse Boy, by Rupert Isaacson, Aguamarga Riding Adventures and Centro Hipico Valle del Almanzora have teamed up to offer classes and holidays for riders with a wide range of disabilities.

We believe that physically and mentally disabled people can experience a sense of closeness to the horse which frees their spirit. Likewise, the horse seems to know who is riding him and adapts accordingly: he becomes more patient, more forgiving and truly caring about whom he is carrying, sensing it is a precious load. Both horse and rider are soothed by their interaction.
Therefore, we offer individual classes, group classes and holidays for disabled riders, tailored to their specific needs and based on Natural Horsemanship.
Centro Hipico Valle del Almanzora, in cooperation with Aguamarga Riding Adventures, is the perfect place for such individual classes or holidays. Our huge arenas, many paddocks and immaculate stables offer a great place for our guests to be together with our horses, either riding them, grooming them or just talking to them. Our rides are spectacular, whether they are very simple flat rides or more advanced mountain treks. Our restaurant offers wonderful home-cooked fare and our accommodation is rustic but of excellent quality!
